Apple + Celery Salad


A perfect mix of sweet apples and healthy celery with crispy walnuts, this salad is a great lunch to grab with you to work, school, or just eat at home. With three easy steps, you'll soon find yourself in love with this salad and being able to make it in no time. 


  • 4-6 Tbsp Mayonnaise 

  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice 

  • ½ Tsp Salt 

  • Pinch of Pepper 

  • 2 Sweet Apples, Cored and Diced 

  • 1 Cup Celery, Thinly Sliced 

  • 1 Cup Chopped, Slightly Roasted Walnuts 

  • 1 Clove of Garlic, Finely Chopped 

  • 1 Shallot, Chopped

  • 1 Boiled Chicken Breast, Diced


  1. In a bowl mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to make a dressing 

  2. Put the diced apples, sliced celery, chopped walnuts, chopped shallot, and chicken into a separate bowl 

  3. Stir in the mayonnaise dressing with the apple and celery salad
