Deviled Eggs with Avocado


Mixing together the classic devil eggs recipe with guacamole brings all your favorite flavors together and can be served for any occasion. If not being served one hour after being prepared it is best to refrigerate. Refrigerate up to to three days. 


  • 6 Large Hard Boiled Eggs (Cooled & Peeled)

  • 2 Ripe Avocados 

  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro (Finely Chopped)

  • 1 Tbsp Chives (Finely Chopped)

  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice 

  • 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt 

  • 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes 

  • Chili Pepper (Finely Chopped)


  1. Cut eggs in half and remove yolks 

  2. In a bowl mash the egg yolks and avocados 

  3. Stir in cilantro, chives, lime juice, salt, and pepper flakes with the egg yolks and avocado 

  4. Scoop filling into the egg whites 

  5. Sprinkle with chili pepper
