A refreshing drink that tastes best when served cold so you can refrigerate it overnight before serving. Also if desired, after you finish preparing the kompot you can drain the liquid and throw away the left over fruit. 


  • Any fruit of your choice 

  • Water 

  • 4-5 Tbsp Honey


  1. Wash all fruits and cut off stems, take off leaves, or take out seeds 

  2. Add fruit into a large pot, fill with water, and add in honey 

  3. Bring to boil and then reduce heat to medium and simmer for 25-30 minutes

  4. Take off heat and let cool for 30 minutes - 1 hour before serving
