Creamy Mushroom Soup
Super creamy, delicious mushroom soup serves as a great starter to your meal. It will warm you up on cold days and you can even freeze it and save it for when you want to quickly make something.
Ingredients

1.5 Lbs Baby Bella Mushrooms

6 Tbsp Butter

6 Tbsp Almond Flour

1 Onion; Chopped

1 Celery Stalk; Chopped

4 Cups Chicken Broth

1/2 Cup Yogurt
-
Salt
-
Pepper
Steps

Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and celery and saute for 4 minutes or until softened

Add in mushrooms and stir for about 10-15 minutes, until mushrooms have softened and reduced in volume. Sprinkle the almond flour over the mushrooms and stir for another 2 minutes

Stir in the chicken broth and simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes

Reduce heat to low and stir in the yogurt. Allow it simmer for another 5 minutes before removing from heat and seasoning with salt and pepper
