Creamy Mushroom Soup


Super creamy, delicious mushroom soup serves as a great starter to your meal. It will warm you up on cold days and you can even freeze it and save it for when you want to quickly make something. 


  • 1.5 Lbs Baby Bella Mushrooms 

  • 6 Tbsp Butter 

  • 6 Tbsp Almond Flour 

  • 1 Onion; Chopped 

  • 1 Celery Stalk; Chopped 

  • 4 Cups Chicken Broth

  • 1/2 Cup Yogurt 

  • Salt 

  • Pepper 


  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and celery and saute for 4 minutes or until softened 

  2. Add in mushrooms and stir for about 10-15 minutes, until mushrooms have softened and reduced in volume. Sprinkle the almond flour over the mushrooms and stir for another 2 minutes 

  3. Stir in the chicken broth and simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes 

  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in the yogurt. Allow it simmer for another 5 minutes before removing from heat and seasoning with salt and pepper
