Sauteed Green Beans

Flavorful, quick and simple to make. These green beans are a great side dish to any main course meal or work well on their own as a snack or appetizar. 


  • 2 Lbs Green Beans; Trimmed 

  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice 

  • 1 Tbsp Salt

  • 4 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 2 Large Garlic Cloves, Minced 


  1. Fill a large soup pot 2/3 with water and bring to boil. Add in the salt, lemon juice, and trimmed green beans. Partially cover and boil 6-7 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse with cold water

  2. In a large heavy-bottom skillet, over medium heat, add olive oil, and minced garlic. Saute for 2 minutes or until garlic is golden 

  3. Stir in the green beans  

  4. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy
