Beef Cutlets

One of my favorite dishes of all time and I've been eating them all cutlets my whole life. They are a very popular dish in Eastern Europe and can be made with any meet of your choice. 


  • 1 Lb Ground Beef 

  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 

  • 1 Egg 

  • 1 Tsp Salt 

  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper 

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 


  1. Combine ground beef, grated parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and black pepper in a bowl 

  2. Form small patties and add to a pan on medium high heat with the olive oil 

  3. Cook until brown on each side (around 3-4 minutes)

  4. Lower heat to medium low and cover with a lid; simmer for another 5 minutes
