Lettuce Wraps

Very quick and easy dinner or lunch. Be able to bring back tacos into your diet with putting all your favorite toppings inside a lettuce leaf instead of a shell / tortilla. You can take your own spin on what goes inside or following alone with the recipe! 


  • 1 Lb Ground Chicken 

  • 1 Small Onion (Finely Chopped) 

  • 1/4 Tsp Minced Garlic 

  • 1 Tsp Salt 

  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper 

  • 1/4 Tsp Chili Pepper (Finely Chopped)

  • Iceberg Lettuce Leaves 

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 


  1. On a large pan on medium high heat add the chopped onions, minced garlic, and olive oil until golden brown 

  2. Add the ground chicken in and cook for 10-15 minutes 

  3. Add in all the salt, pepper, and chili pepper andcook for another 3-4 minutes 

  4. Separate the iceberg lettuce leaves

  5. Fill leaves with the ground chicken and add any additional toppings of your choice
