Sour Cabbage
A great side dish to any main course meals in the dinner section. Can also serve as an appetizer or a topping. Feel free to add cranberries to top it off for an aesthetic look. Refrigerates up to a week.
Ingredients

1 Large Cabbage

Enough Warm Water To Cover the Entire Cabbage

3 Tbsp Salt
Steps

Shred cabbage into thin slices

Add into a large saucepan
-
In a separate bowl add warm water, and salt and wait for it to dissolve
-
Pour over the cabbage and marinate for 3 days
-
Stir every day
