Sour Cabbage


A great side dish to any main course meals in the dinner section. Can also serve as an appetizer or a topping. Feel free to add cranberries to top it off for an aesthetic look. Refrigerates up to a week. 


  • 1 Large Cabbage 

  • Enough Warm Water To Cover the Entire Cabbage 

  • 3 Tbsp Salt


  1. Shred cabbage into thin slices 

  2. Add into a large saucepan 

  3. In a separate bowl add warm water, and salt and wait for it to dissolve 

  4. Pour over the cabbage and marinate for 3 days 

  5. Stir every day
