Classic Deviled eggs
My favorite dish of all time, and super easy to make you will quickly become addicted to these deviled eggs. Taste great and can stay fresh in your fridge for up to 4 days after preparation. Super easy to make and you can customize them by adding any spices or adding more or less mayonnaise than the recipe calls for.
Cut the hard boiled eggs in half vertically
Take all the egg yolks out and put them into a separate bowl and mash with a fork until there are no more lumps of yolk
Add in the mayonnaise to the yolks and mix together until you get a creamy paste texture (If you want a thicker paste add in less mayonnaise, if you want a creamier paste add in some more mayonnaise)
Scoop one teaspoon of the paste into each egg white and smooth it out so no gaps are visible
